GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor is a 8m2 washing room with 5kg capacity washing machine, a large chrome steel washing board and a fridge with large freezer compartment.
The 9m2 workshop with built in L-shaped workbench and wall mounted shelves for all machines and replacement parts. The adjoining 27m2storage room can hold everything which should not be stored in direct sunlight.
A guest apartment with 2 rooms, each 13m2, a 6.5m2 bathroom, with a WC and Geberit wall mounted cistern, washbasin and bathtub. A covered 32 m2 tiled terrace adjoins.


FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor there is a 17m2 room which can be used as an office / loft. This room also has a telephone connection. In the large 27m2 general purpose room there is a Home-Cinema at the moment.


The available space can fulfil any desire and could be easily modified according to need. For example the adjoining building could be used as an independent apartment. It would also be possible with a small effort to convert the first floor into two holiday apartments by constructing bathrooms.
