The residential house was built in 1999 in the Alentejanish style. Thanks to the cavity wall, wooden windows with isolating glass and the isolating roof, the building remains cool in summer and warm in winter.

All terraces and the 1.2m wide path to the house are tiled.
The whole house is floored with terracotta tiles. The ceilings in wood with white lacquer give a friendly and elegant feel.

The living room (56m2) is provided with a practical breakfast bar separating it from the kitchen (13 m2). The high quality built in cooker has a 5 flame gas stove, large chimney, 2 fridges, dishwasher, electric oven and many cupboards and work surfaces and storage space. The work surfaces and walls are covered with Portuguese granite.


SLEEPING QUARTERS
 The sleeping quarters (18m2) with on-suite bathroom are equipped with washbasin, a high quality WC with Geberit wall mounted cistern and a floor level large shower, dimensions 1.2mx1.3m.
Two further bedrooms with 14m2 and 10m2 as well as a guest bathroom with shower, urinal, WC and washbasin complete the sleeping quarters. In the corridor there is a closable trapdoor to the roof stairs.
