THE LOCATION
The nearest beach (Zambujeira) is 20 mins by car. A German doctor’s surgery is only 3 Km away. Supermarkets (Maraschino, Lidl, Aldi etc.) are 15 mins away by car. The international airport of Faro is one and a half hours away and the capital Lisbon is two and a half hours away with the new A2 motorway. Lagos in Algarve is 75 km away
(a full hour) with the well made coastal roads.

NATURE
Most of the 80.000 m2 terrain contains natural biological ponds, cork trees, oaks, pines, vines, fruits and flowering trees, inviting you to rest awhile. Half of the terrain is sloped and covered with bushes and trees. The other half is next to the stream and is good quality fields. If desired, it can support a range of animals such as sheep, goats, chickens, ducks or horses. It would also be possible to let unused ground out, eg to shepards.


WATER
The highlight of this offer is the all year stream and the two ponds, one of which is a biological pond and the other which can be used for swimming with 800 square metres. Even in the driest summer there is never a water shortage on this land.
